Starting Somewhere Starting Again

I can honestly say that I am a “roller coaster” type of runner and dieter. Maybe I’m bi-polar in regards to my running and dieting and losing weight but history proves that I start a new running / dieting / losing weight effort with energy and enthusiasm┬ábut after about 12 – 16 weeks I start to fade out. Eventually, I’m back to the place where I started.

And I am starting again. Yay!
